Specialty Coatings

Since Plaskolite-Bunker began we have been developing coatings to enhance the plastic products we manufacture. We currently have available specialty coatings ranging from anti-glare and anti-fog to totally functional, highly conductive metal coatings. Bunker operates two cleanrooms, one class 10 for flow, dip, and spin coating. The other, a class 1000 cleanroom designed specifically for spraycoating applications, allows us to apply these coatings to any custom size or shape product. To ensure the highest of quality, our ovens are directly connected to our cleanrooms, providing a contamination free environment from start to finish.
