Die Cutting

Plaskolite-Bunker has the capability to cut square, oval or round mirrors using steel-rule dies, and are capable of holding tolerances of ± .015. These mirrors can be cut from PETG or Polycarbonate substrate up to .118" thickness. This method of fabrication may be desirable where the closer tolerances provided by laser cutting are not as critical to your application providing you a cost-effective alternative. We can manufacture in quantities as small as 500 up to 100,000 parts or more, depending on your needs.
