Custom Fabrication

Plaskolite-Bunker has an entire building dedicated to plastic fabrication, fully staffed with designers, engineers, and highly experienced personnel trained in every form of plastics fabrication. Customers can send us detailed AutoCad cutting files or simple so-called "napkin" drawings. Either way, what you'll end up with is exactly what you need. Some of the operations performed here at Plaskolite-Bunker are; CNC laser cutting, saw cutting, die cutting, routing, custom vacuum thermoforming, pressure forming, and polishing among others. Plaskolite-Bunker can design, engineer, and build tooling to manufacture anything imaginable from plastic.
