Laser Cutting
Plaskolite-Bunker has proven to be the industry leader for producing high quality laser cut products. Our design department has the experience and knowledge for turning that "rough"idea into a marketable product using the latest computer technology. The laser beam acts as a fine cutting torch with some substrates taking longer to cut than others due to the beam penetration of the surface. Cutting tolerances are held to within ± .010"; however, tolerances can held closer depending on density and thickness of products and materials. This and other factors will determine the final cost.
